Who Is Olivia Gentry Williams?
I was born and raised in Newnan, and I have lived here for more than 25 years. I grew up around my family's businesses, and that shaped how I work: answer quickly, do what you said you would do, and take care of people. Real estate is a relationship business to me, not a transaction business. I want to be the person you call when the deal is done and the next question comes up.
I have been in real estate for five years. My focus is land and acreage, commercial property, residential sales, and leasing, where I list property for lease and help tenants find the right space. In 2026 I was named my brokerage's Top-Selling Commercial Agent of the Year, which means a lot to me because commercial and land work are where I love to dig in.
I serve Newnan and the communities around it, and I know them well enough to tell you what a particular road, a particular county line, or a particular stretch of land really means for what you want to do.
How Do I Work With Clients?
Quick answers and straight talk. I will tell you what I think a property is worth and why, I will tell you when I think a deal is not right, and I will stay with you through closing. My valuations are done by me, personally, not by software.
What Is The Great Race?
My Sister, a Vintage Car, and 2,300 Miles
In 2021, my sister Genna and I became the youngest winners ever — and the first all-female team — to win The Great Race, a nine-day, 2,300-mile vintage-car rally. Rallies like this are won on precision, planning, and trusting your partner through long days and unexpected turns.
That is exactly how I approach a closing: prepare carefully, communicate constantly, and finish the course.
